We believe that for you to be your truest self it's important to take care of your whole self. Sawubona wellness collective advocates a holistic approach to mental health. We offer a range of support from humanistic counselling to coaching to complementary therapies all aimed at nourishing your soul. 

Life can present many challenges, when we start to feel disconnected from ourselves we often feel unhappy and unsettled. We aim to help support you to find a path in life and a balance that works for you.

Our Story

The members of the Sawubona Wellness collective are all passionate about helping people to find a peace and balance in their lives that serves them. Between the collective we have years of experience helping to support people through their journey of personal discovery. 

 

The Sawubona Wellness Collective was conceived by me, Vicki. Hi! 

 

Let me introduce myself. I am a person-centred therapist, this means its not my place to give advice or instruction because I believe you know whats best for you deep down, you just need a little support to help you connect with those thoughts and feelings.  I am warm, compassionate and dedicated to holding a safe space for clients to feel truly seen and heard. I have a passion for helping people to invest in themselves and to grow; I am a strong believer  that with the right support anyone has the capacity to feel happier and more content.  I bring a wealth of experience to my therapy practice, my professional career in addition to therapy is rooted in coaching,leadership mentoring and people development. My approach is wholeheartedly holistic, I will tailor the sessions to suit your needs and to help you explore whatever it is you feel you need to work through, always working in an ethical and respectful manner. 

I have supported a wide range of clients in both NHS and charity settings and as a member of the BACP and NCPS, I promote safe practice by working within their ethical framework. I offer compassionate support to anyone experiencing emotional challenges. My areas of specialism include but are not limited to anxiety, low self esteem, long-covid support, SV trauma, DV trauma, birth trauma and burn out. 

The collective is underpinned by the value of looking at the whole of the person. We offer a comprehensive experience that allows you to feel fully supported in order to be able to heal and find balance.
